I am really in to designing characters by the use of the punches. Here is my rendition of the frog.
He was made with punches from Stampin Up.

Here are the punches needed to make the Bert character. They include SU (Stampin Up's) Wide Oval, Large Oval, Word Window, 1/2" Circle, Horizonal Slot, Snow Blossom, 7/8 " square.

You can make paper eyes, or get these moveable eyes at your local craft store. I bought mine in the craft department at Walmart.
